Foodpanda, the country’s top online delivery service, has teamed with Panther Tyres as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce overhead expenses for delivery riders. All foodpanda riders will get free tyres and discounts as part of the deal.

A signing ceremony was recently held in this respect, which was attended by foodpanda’s Farhan Khan, Director of Operations, Haider Malik, Head of Logistics, and Sheryar Junaid, Head of Rider Experience.

Panther Tyres was represented by Khuram Javed, COO, Asim Ahmed Abro, GM Marketing & Sales, Usman Mukhtar Gondal, Head of Marketing, and Usama Imran, Brand Manager.

Rising inflation and gasoline costs have impacted delivery riders across Pakistan, reducing their discretionary income. This collaboration will not only make bike maintenance easier and more convenient, but it will also allow foodpanda riders to get free or discounted tyres and tubes.

Panther Tyres will give a cost-effective alternative to Foodpanda riders for the purchase of their high-quality tyres, according to the agreement. The collaboration also includes after-sales support at foodpanda hubs and pit shops.

Farhan Khan, Director of Operations at foodpanda, commented on the incident, saying, “Economic difficulties are hurting all of us now, but a significant onus of this effect falls on the segment, which also includes our riders.”

“As a socially responsible organisation, foodpanda has always worked to discover methods to mitigate the effect and give maximum help to its riders in managing their everyday costs,” he said. Our collaboration with Panther Tyres is merely another positive step toward that aim.”
