Aamir Khan lost INR 100 crore on ‘Laal Singh Chaddha.’

According to sources, Aamir Khan has stepped forward to cover Laal Singh Chaddha’s losses totaling roughly INR 100 crore.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Aamir has now waived his fees for the film in order to rescue it from losses of INR100 crore.

“If Aamir Khan chooses to charge his acting fees, Viacom 18 Studios would suffer losses of around INR100 crores,” a source said.

“Aamir Khan, on the other hand, has opted to absorb that loss. The producer will now lose a little amount of money.”

The insider goes on to say, “He worked on the film for four years but never earned a cent from it. His potential cost on Laal Singh Chaddha is in the range of INR100 crores, yet he has decided to accept all costs and bear full responsibility for his failure.”
