To mark Pakistan’s 75th year of independence, Atlas Honda will launch a limited edition CB125F motorcycle. Its photographs recently appeared on social media, causing some concern among bike fans.

The limited edition model is white and green, with green stickers on a white body. The most common models come in blue, black, and red paint jobs. The rest of the features are the same as standard models. They have similar alloy wheels, self-start, front disc brakes with dual-piston callipers, a five-speed transmission, and a design that looks pretty sharp compared to the CG125. Reports say that Atlas Honda will only sell a small number of the limited edition CB125F. This would make it a rare bike, which could also mean it’s worth a lot more than it was before.

Normal CB125Fs cost Rs. 273,900 right now, but the price of the limited edition model hasn’t been announced yet.

Even though the CB125F looks different, it is actually based on the CG125, which has been sold in Pakistan since the early 1990s. It also works in the same basic way as the bike from the 1990s.

The bike still has a slightly altered 124cc single-cylinder 4-stroke pushrod engine that makes close to 10 hp and 9.5 Nm of torque and is paired with a 5-speed transmission. Even though it works, this formula is old and simple.

The new generation of bike buyers wants bikes that are more up-to-date. Even so, Atlas Honda and a number of other motorcycle companies in Pakistan keep selling the same basic bikes at higher prices.
