MULTI VITAMIN

The US Preventive Services Task Force Daily discovered in a research that taking multivitamins does not significantly enhance health related benefits.

According to the findings of this research, which were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, most individuals would do better to just drink water instead of combine it with multivitamin pills.

The study found no evidence to support the claim that vitamin and mineral supplements help prevent deadly illnesses including heart attacks, strokes, and cancer.

The study was based on the examination of 84 research papers involving more than 700,000 people. Additionally, these supplements do not work to stop premature death.

However, the researchers suggested that individuals with digestion problems could benefit from regular supplementation.

Additionally, daily supplements may help those who get little sun exposure, but it should only be used under a doctor’s supervision.

In despite the fact that multivitamins are neither beneficial nor dangerous, the researchers suggested that individuals spend their money on healthy foods rather than vitamins and supplements and steer clear of misleading marketing tactics.
