The Redmi Pad will be on sale tomorrow at a low price. Xiaomi has verified that the Redmi Pad would be available in Pakistan starting tomorrow.
It’s only been a day since Redmi’s first tablet went global, but it’s already on its way to Pakistan. Xiaomi Pakistan’s official Twitter account has recently teased the impending tablet, indicating that it would be available in Pakistan as well.
The teaser displays one of the tablet’s features, the screen, proving that it is, in fact, the Redmi Pad. It is advertised with the hashtag #AllInOne due to its capacity to “stream, work, and game all in one.”
Specifications and Cost
Since the tablet has been official around the world, we now have a complete feature sheet as well as a likely price tag for Pakistan.
The tablet, as mentioned in the teaser, has a 10.61′′ IPS LCD with 2K resolution (1200 x 1200 pixels) and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It can display up to 1 billion colours and has a peak brightness of 400 nits. The fingerprint sensor on the side also serves as the power button.
It is powered by a tiny MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, and RAM options are limited. It begins with 3 GB of RAM and can be upgraded to 4 GB and 6 GB. Capacity choices include 64 GB and 128 GB, and storage can be expanded with a microSD card.
The Tablet has just two cameras, one on the front and one on the back. Both are 8MP cameras.
The battery has an 8,000 mAh capacity and supports 18W rapid charging. The Redmi Pad has a starting price of roughly $153 in India, and we anticipate a similar pricing in Pakistan. It comes in Graphite Grey, Moonlight Silver, and Mint Green.
Xiaomi has not officially confirmed a launch date, but with the teaser marketing already underway, it should only take a week or two.
