Vivo has secretly introduced the Y30 5G, a new low-cost 5G smartphone. The phone is now only offered in Thailand, but it is expected to be released in other countries in the future.
Display and Design

It features a 6.51-inch IPS LCD screen up front, along with a large bottom bezel and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. Face unlocking through the selfie camera is supported on the screen’s 60Hz 720p display. The power button has a fingerprint sensor attached to it.
Storage and Internals
MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 SoC, which has 6GB of practically extendable RAM and 128GB of storage that can be expanded by up to 1TB with a microSD card, is included in the internal hardware.
Vivo’s Funtouch OS 12 skin is added to Android 12 as the software.
Cameras
A 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth camera for the bokeh effect are the only two cameras on the back. Up to 1080p @ 30FPS can be captured by this camera.
Wide-angle 8MP video clips in 1080p 30 frames per second may be captured via the selfie camera.
Pricing and Battery
Sadly, there is only 10W available for rapid charging, but at least the battery is a huge 5,000 mAh and certainly capable of lasting up to two days.
The Vivo Y30 5G costs $240 in Thailand, but once it is available in other areas, the price may change.
