Musa Tanveer, 10, has become the first Pakistani YouTuber to obtain a Diamond Play Button.
Tanveer is the first Pakistani YouTuber and one of the youngest to get the trophy, which is given to people who reach 10 million followers on the network.
Tanveer joined YouTube in April 2013 and now has over 2.7 billion views on 470 videos. He’s been posting videos for three years and has a few more YouTube channels, including Musa in Shorts and Musa in Live. He is a model, actor, artist, and content creator.
His primary channel, Entertainment with Musa, mostly features skits and short TV show-like episodes for youngsters. His most recent videos have only received a few hundred thousand views, while some of his earlier ones have received millions.
He is originally from Lahore but now resides in Dubai. He began by submitting videos on TikTok, however his account was banned after a while owing to his young age.
This did not discourage him, as he just switched to YouTube and began uploading videos there. He also has hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram and Facebook.
YouTube advertisements
YouTube has just begun testing a new ad strategy that would display up to 5 brief adverts at the beginning of a video instead of the normal 2. As the video-sharing site runs its public test, many of users online have begun to notice this shift.
YouTube has stated that the new ad format would only display bumpers ads, which are shorter advertisements designed to reach a larger audience and increase brand awareness. It is unclear when this change will be applied for all users, but it is evident that YouTube is going to become much more annoying.
